Returns Policy

At PetO our first priority is to have happy customers, and if something is wrong we want to make it right.

Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase in an as new condition with a valid PetO tax invoice or proof of purchase and we will happily refund via the same tender as recorded on the tax invoice.

Products returned after 14 days will be offered a refund, exchange or store credit at the discretion of PetO.

We may offer an alternative product or store credit from time to time depending on the situation.

You do not have to return your product to the PetO store of purchase, feel free to visit any PetO store of your convenience.

Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, chewed or not being used correctly or in compliance with the applicable manufacture instructions or user manual may not be subject to a refund.

Food: If your pet doesn’t like the food* you have purchased, return it with the tax invoice and we will find a more palatable or suitable food. *selected food only, talk to your store manager.

Drugs and Treatments: Drugs cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or tampered with. If you have any questions regarding the drug or treatment you purchased, please ring the customer service advise line as quoted on the packaging.

Consumables: Some consumables such as cleaning chemicals and products, shampoos, training pads, wipes, grass planters and seeds cannot be refunded if the packaging is opened and/or the product has been used.

Scratchers: Cannot be refunded if used.

Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law – Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
