Do you sell animals?

No, we do not sell live animals and and believe in "think adoption first". If you need adivice on preparing for your new pet, get in touch with our team in-store or online.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $49. Shipping is $10 for orders under $49. Regional areas may incur a $20 extra charge. Enter your postcode in your shopping cart to calculate shipping for your area. We currently only deliver to NSW and ACT. 

COVID-19 RESPONSE

With the recent announcements from the government on COVID-19, we’ve had a lot of questions. As valued PetO Pals members, we wanted to address all your concerns and reassure you that we are here for you.

Are your stores open?

All our stores are open and we are trading as normal. Check your local PetO store for opening hours here: https://peto.com.au/find-a-store/

Can We Shop Online With You?

Yes, our online store is open 24/7 for home delivery or Click & Collect of all your pet’s essential needs. Our shipping partners, Australia Post and Couriers Please, have implemented a “no signature required” rule for deliveries to ensure the safety and well-being of both residents and couriers. We currently only deliver to NSW and ACT. Shipping calculated at checkout. 

Do you have stock?

Yes! Rest assured that we still have plenty of stock and are working hard with
suppliers to ensure we are constantly being replenished.

Have you taken extra measures to keep your stores clean?

Our teams have always practiced strict hygiene to ensure the safety of all our
customers and staff within the stores. However, during these times,
we have implemented additional measures and increased the frequency of our cleaning schedule in all stores – everything from cleaning of counters, trolleys,
POS machines and our DIY Dog Baths on a more frequent basis. Our stores
provide the comfort of having ample retail space which means you and
your pets can safely roam. For the safety of all customers and staff, we do ask that everyone keep in mind social distancing rule

Can my pets catch Coronavirus?

The World Health Organisation has stated that pets are not at risk of contracting
COVID-19. We would only suggest to implement the normal hygiene
practices such as wash your hands frequently before touching your pets
and keep them as clean as possible. Make sure you have a care plan for your
pet if you are unwell. If you feel your pet is unwell, please contact your local vet immediately.

Do you accept refunds?

To keep you, your pets and our team members safe, we are temporarily
suspending our “change of mind” return policy until further notice.

Please Note: "CUSTOMER SELF DECLARATION" By purchasing ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, you acknowledge and agree that the following is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, it is recommended that seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of Hill’s Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed Hill’s Prescription Diet, it is recommended that I seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use Hill’s Prescription Diet
