Price Guarantee

At PetO we promise to provide the best choice of products at the lowest everyday prices. We frequently check our products to ensure we offer competitive prices. If you find a cheaper price within 20km of your local store, even if it's on special, our Price Guarantee let's you match or beat it by 10%!*

Price Match
We will “Price Match” a competitor’s cheaper online price, providing that:

  1. It is an Australian business, and
  2. The competitor has a physical retail store within 20kms of a physical PetO store, and
  3. The competitor is not trading online only (no physical retail store outlets).

Subject to the Price Guarantee “Terms and Conditions” below.

Price Beat
We will “Price Beat” a competitor’s cheaper instore price. The Price Beat only applies:

  1. To the competitors ticketed instore "non-sale" price at the time of the Price Beat (for all competitor instore sale prices – a “Price Match” will be applied), and
  2. If the competitor has a physical retail store within 20kms of the PetO store visited, and
  3. If the instore price is identical to the online price (if the competitors instore price is higher than their online price – a “Price Match” will be applied).

The Price Beat may only be considered for some competitors subject to a team member contacting the competitor to establish the instore price and availability of products being purchased.

Terms & Conditions

The PetO Price Guarantee only applies if:

  1. If the customer is a member of “PetO Pals” and has a valid email address in the system.

  2. For customers who are personally shopping for products stocked in store at PetO.

  3. If the customer specifies who the competitor is and provides confirmation of the competitors current publicly advertised price (either physically or digitally - screen prints will not be accepted)

  4. If the identical products (brand, size, variety/flavour) and quantities being purchased are in stock with the competitor (in store for a price beat or online for a price matching)

Price Guarantee excludes:

  • PetO In store services such as grooming, vet services, dog wash facilities and shelter adoptions,
  • PetO Brand discounts,
  • Competitor cyber events including but not limited to Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and After Pay Day,
  • Competitor frequent buyer programs/auto deliveries/spend & save promotions/program pricing, and
  • Competitor “member pricing” (except for Petbarn where online “member” prices can be matched (not beat) subject to all other Terms & Conditions)

PURCHASE ACCEPTANCE

Please Note: "CUSTOMER SELF DECLARATION" By purchasing ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, you acknowledge and agree that the following is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, it is recommended that seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.

PURCHASE ACCEPTANCE

Please Note: "CUSTOMER SELF DECLARATION" By purchasing Hill’s Prescription Diet, you acknowledge and agree that the following is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of Hill’s Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed Hill’s Prescription Diet, it is recommended that I seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use Hill’s Prescription Diet
