2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.  

2.2 Entry is only open to PetO Pals account holders that have made a purchase during the relevant Promotion period. PetO Pals is free to join.

2.3 Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Entry

3.1 The Promotion commences at 9:00AM AEST May 27th 2025 and concludes 11.59PM AEST Sunday June 29th.

3.2 The Promotion consists of five (5) separate weekly giveaways. Each weekly giveaway offers one (1) prize of $1,000 store credit.

3.3 One (1) prize will be drawn on each of the following days:

1. 1. 1. 1. Tuesday June 3, 2025.
         2. Tuesday June 10, 2025.
         3. Tuesday June 17, 2025.
         4. Tuesday June 24, 2025.
         5. Tuesday July 1, 2025.

3.4 To enter, participants must be a PetO Pals member and complete a transaction in the preceeding 7 Days (12:01am AEST Monday to 11:59pm AEST Sunday) of that weekly prize draw.

3.5 Each seperate transaction will constitute one (1) entry into into the following Tuesday's draw.

4. Prize

4.1 Each weekly prize is $1,000 of store credit to be loaded to the winner's PetO Pals account.  

4.2 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

4.3 Winners will have sixty (60) days to use the awarded credit on their account. Any usused credit after this period will be forfeited.

5. Draw and Notification of Winner 

5.1 One (1) winner will be drawn at random from the preceeding week's transactions each Tuesday at 216 Wyndham St, Alexandria NSW 2015.  

5.2 The winner will be notified by email and phone with their name and initial displayed on this page.  

5.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible for entry, or fails to claim the prize within five (5) days, we may forefeit the prize and select another winner.
