How it works

Shop Online

  • Find your favourite products online
  • Under the "Free Click & Collect" option, click "Set Now" to enter your postcode
  • Select your suburb from the dropdown menu to display your closest stores and to check stock availability
  • Select your local store (if stock available) and add the product to cart.
  • Checkout and complete your order.
  • Please note that you will only be able to checkout if all items in your cart are available at the same store.

Collect Your Order

  • Once your order is placed our team will start packing!
  • You will receive another email within 30 minutes once your order is ready to be collected
  • Please ensure you check your junk mail and set [email protected] as not junk to ensure you don't miss any important notifications.
  • Drop into your nominated store with a valid ID and a copy of your order (email or printed) during opening hours.
  • Collect your order! Our team can even carry it to the car for you.
  • If you need someone else to collect your order, just ensure they have a copy of the order with a valid ID.

How much does Click & Collect cost?

Our Click & Collect service is free and has no additional fees!

When can I collect my order?

Your order should be ready to collect within 30 minutes. If you have not received a collection notice, please check your junk mail or contact your local store for help.

Can someone else collect my order?

We understand that sometimes you may need someone else to collect your order. You can leave a note when placing your order of the nominated persons name, and ensure they have a valid ID and a copy of the order (email or printed) upon collection.

Why was I able to place my order but was informed it was unavailable?

On rare occassions items may be damaged or out of stock due to a discrepancy and our team will only find out when they are packing your order. In these instances our team will contact you for a refund or exchange.

What happens if I don't collect my order?

If your order has not been collected within 14 days without any notification, we will cancel and refund your order. We understand that sometimes you may not be able to collect your order in time and we kindly ask you to please call your collection store and they will hold your order.
