We love giving back to our valued customers and we love it when you come back to visit, especially when you bring your pets along! The more you shop, the more rewards you will get. Here is a breakdown of our PetO Pals Loyalty Program so you don’t miss a reward.
LOYALTY POINT SYSTEM
Points are calculated on the purchase price (inclusive of GST) rounded down to the nearest dollar.
Please note - refunds will affect points accrual and points will be deducted when a refund or exchange has been processed.
Points cannot be claimed retrospectively, are not transferable and have no cash or monetary value.

LOYALTY CURRENCY
To thank you for joining our family and to get you started, new PetO Pals members will receive 2 x 20% off discount vouchers issued monthly. These vouchers are automatically applied to your account after the first purchase. 20% off discount vouchers can only be used in-store and does not apply to sale items. Each voucher expires after 30 days if it is not used, so get shopping!
If your order or purchase is refunded in full, the 20% Off voucher used may be reinstated for the remainder of the 30-day period.
Every time PetO Pals members spend $500, they will receive $10 Loyalty currency to spend in-store or online on their next purchase. Loyalty currency expires after 30 days if they are not used.
LOYALTY BRAND DISCOUNTS
As a PetO Pals member, you have access to premium brand discounts which are automatically applied for your next purchase. Brand discounts for premium food will expire after 60 days and for pharmacy, after 365 days.
Brand discounts are reflected on the PetO Pals price and cannot be used on sale items. Make sure you subscribe to our emails to see what’s on offer each week, so you don’t miss out on the savings!

PetO Pals Members must provide an email address and phone number to participate in the Program. Joining PetO Pals Loyalty Program provides consent to communication. This can be opted out of at anytime by contacting [email protected] or unsubscribing from the emails and SMS. Please see our Privacy Policy for more info.
If PetO finds that a PetO Pals member has abused the loyalty system or are found creating multiple accounts, PetO has the right to suspend the accounts or delete the accounts and any rewards accrued.
