How Delivery Now works

Shop Online

  • Shop online, select Delivery Now and enter your postcode on the product selected to check for availability.
  • If available, add your products to cart.
  • Checkout and pay. Make sure your City (aka Suburb) and Postcode are correct at checkout!

*Please note 2 Hour Delivery Now is only eligible for selected suburbs and postcodes in Metro Sydney, and all the items in your cart are available and in stock for your delivery location.

Delivery

  • We’ll send you an email to confirm your order and another once your order has been booked for delivery pickup. Once it’s on it’s way, you’ll receive a text (with a valid mobile number) with a tracking link!

  • Your order will be delivered to your selected delivery address within 2 hours as long as the order was made by 5pm Monday – Friday or 4pm Saturday - Sunday.

  • To comply with social distancing rules our courier drivers will leave your order in a safe place outside your chosen address.

What is Delivery Now?

Delivery Now is PetO’s delivery option that allows you to shop for anything your pet needs and have it delivered within 2 hours! Delivery Now is available for orders that are placed before 5pm between Monday – Friday local time or 4pm between Saturday - Sunday local time and only for eligible postcodes and suburbs in Metro Sydney.

How do I place my order with Delivery Now?

When adding the first item to your cart, select the Delivery Now Option and enter your postcode or suburb, select the correct one, to confirm that the item is in stock at your local store. Once you are finished shopping, checkout and follow the prompts. At checkout, you’ll see the Delivery Now option selected. You’ll have the chance to review your cart and delivery option before final payment, to check that all your details are correct. Please note, when entering your address your suburb must match your postcode.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by our delivery partner who will identify themselves upon arrival.

What happens if I place my order after 5pm on weekdays or after 4pm on weekends?

Your order will be shipped out following day when the store opens.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once we process and pack your order, it will arrive within 2 hours as long as the order was placed before 5pm on weekdays or 4pm on weekends. You'll be notified by email when your delivery is on its way.

How do I know when my order has been placed?

You’ll receive an email from PetO with your order details. We’ll also send you an email when your order has been booked for delivery, and an SMS with a tracking link once on its way so you can be ready to receive it.

What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

Your order will be left at your delivery address in a safe place providing it is accessible.

I have items missing from my order. What do I do?

Where should I meet my delivery person?

To comply with social distancing regulations, the delivery partner will avoid person-to-person contact and leave your delivery at your door, provided it is accessible.

Can I place my order for a set time?

At this stage, scheduling a delivery time is not available. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible and will notify you via email when your order is on its way, so you’ll know when to expect your delivery.

Are all your products available for Delivery Now?

To ensure the best possible customer experience, and for the safety of our team and delivery partner, some products are not available for Delivery Now.

My front door is hard to find, how can I tell the delivery driver?

If you have directions on how to find your address, please include this in the notes at checkout.

My delivery didn’t arrive, what should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order is not dispatched or delivered within 2 hours, PetO will call you to arrange for your delivery to arrive the next day. We will also happily refund the delivery fee.

If you received confirmation that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your PetO store who sent your delivery and they will be able to assist. Alternatively, you can contact [email protected] or call 02 6404 9888

2 Hour Delivery Now is available for orders that are placed before 5pm between Monday – Friday local time or before 4pm between Saturday - Sunday local time for selected suburbs and postcodes in Metro Sydney.

Delivery is not available to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. 2 Hour Delivery Now is not available on all products and exclusions apply including but not limited to products weighing over 21kg.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, it is recommended that seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
