Shipping Costs

Our orders are shipped with our delivery partners Australia Post and Couriers Please.

Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your order; and your selected delivery address.

For a delivery estimate:

  • Select the items you wish to order and add to your shopping cart
  • View your Cart and select Home Delivery
  • Simply enter your delivery postcode and select the relevant suburb from the dropdown list.

This will display your estimated shipping costs or display free shipping if eligible.

Your final shipping charge will be shown on your final checkout page before proceeding to payment. This will ensure you are aware of your final shipping costs before making payment. All prices are in Australian Dollars and delivery costs are in addition to the product price.

Free Shipping Information

Free shipping applies to all orders over $49 to Metro Sydney postcodes. These are managed and set by our delivery partners Australia Post and Couriers Please.

To check if your delivery postcode is eligible for free shipping, simply enter your postcode at your shopping cart of checkout under the Home Delivery option.

Shipping Times and Areas

We offer an affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within NSW and ACT only with free shipping over $49 to Metro Sydney postcodes.

We currently do not deliver to other states or internationally.

Deliveries take 1-2 business days to pack however may experience delays during peak shopping periods. Orders are expected to be delivered within 2-5 business days to Metro Sydney postcodes and Regional postcodes may take up to 10 days to be delivered. For updates on delivery delays, please visit the Australia Post website.

If you are based in a regional area, your delivery may be transferred to your local postie so keep an eye out for them!

Please note that delivery times are exclusive of weekends and public holidays, and there are no courier pickups during these times. There may be slight delays to your delivery during Christmas, Easter, other major public holidays or busy sale periods.

Rest assured that our teams work as hard as possible to ship your orders out as quickly as they can and we appreciate your patience.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will my order be shipped?

PetO partners with Australia Post and Couriers Please to ship your orders. Your order will be delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday) and usually during business hours 8am-6pm. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier or postie will leave a note or calling card. This will contain details of the closest post office or pick up point your package was delivered to and you will be able to collect it from there.

There will also be contact details should you have any questions regarding the shipment.

If the package if returned, we will contact you and either re-arrage a delivery (at an additional cost) or will organise a refund of the value less any incurred delivery costs.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

During peak shipping periods our delivery partners may experience delays. Please refer to your tracking number provided for more information or contact [email protected] and our team can assist you.

Why didn't the courier leave my package as per my instructions?

Our dispatch team do everything they can to ensure any notes regarding delivery are passed on to our delivery partners. If this is missed the courier will leave a calling card or note to collect the parcel from your local post office or pickup point.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, it is recommended that seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
