THREE EASY STEPS
 
SHOP

Shop online, select your favourite products and add to cart. Alternatively, you can select “FIND MY STORE” and set your preferred PetO store.

 
CHOOSE

View your cart and click “SELECT STORE” – this is where you can select your preferred PetO store (if you haven’t already). If the item is unavailable, check another store or adjust your item to ensure all items are available in your selected store.

 
COLLECT

Once your order has been confirmed, we’ll send you an order confirmation and our team will start packing your order straightaway!

You will receive another email within 30 minutes (business hours) as soon as your order is ready for collection. Don't forget to check your spam mail and mark [email protected] as NOT junk. Drop into your nominated store with valid ID or call the store when you're outside with your order confirmation details at a convenient time during trading hours to collect your package!

  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, it is recommended that seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
