Shipping Policy
Due to COVID-19 restrictions there may be some delay in the delivery of your order. Please visit Australia Post for the latest updates on delivery estimates. Our team is doing the best they can to ensure your order is picked and packed on the day that we receive your orders (excluding weekends and after business hours).
There may be 1-2 delays in processing orders for sales and other peak events. If you have any questions about your order, please contact [email protected].
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your order; and your selected delivery address.
For a delivery quote:
- Select the items you wish to order and add to your shopping cart.
- Select "VIEW CART"
- Select "Add Info" next to Shipping
- Enter your delivery details
- Select "ESTIMATE SHIPPING".
This will display your estimated shipping costs or allow you to select free shipping if you are eligible for this option.
Your final shipping charge will be shown on your final checkout page before proceeding to payment. This will ensure you are aware of your final shipping costs before making payment. All prices are in Australian Dollars and delivery costs are in addition to the product price.
Shipping Information
PetO offers a reliable and affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within NSW. We offer free shipping for orders over $49 to the Sydney Metro area. Please enter your delivery address at checkout to see if this applies to your shipment. Deliveries will take between 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your destination.
We currently only deliver to NSW and ACT. We do not deliver internationally.
Please note that delivery times are exclusive of weekends and public holidays and there will be no deliveries at these times. There may be slight delays to your delivery during Christmas, Easter, major public holidays or busy sale periods.
How will my order be shipped?
PetO uses Australia Post and Couriers Please to ship your order. Your order will be delivered on weekdays only, Monday-Friday and usually during business hours 8am-6pm. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent an email and will be able to track its journey.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
As of 23rd March 2020, all orders will be defaulted to "Authority to Leave" - no signature is required. This is for the safety of our couriers and customers. This only applies if it is safe to do so. This may not be applicable to apartments. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier or Australia Post will leave a note or a calling card. This will contain details of the closest post office or location your package has been delivered to and you will be able to collect it from there. There will also be contact details should you have any questions regarding the shipment. If returned, we will contact you and either arrange a re-delivery (at an additional cost), or will organise a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
PetO orders will take from 2-5 business days to arrive – this is dependent on the delivery address. Sydney Metro orders will generally be delivered within 5 business days and all other areas may take longer depending on the location. If you are based in an outer regional area, the delivery may have been passed on to your local postie to be delivered to you. Delivery times are also dependent on Public Holidays and Sale periods as there may a large influx of deliveries at this time, as a result, orders may take longer to be delivered.
