PetO’s Puppy & Kitten Club is free to join! Head to your local PetO store to speak to one of our friendly team members.

 

Don’t forget to bring your fur baby along for some free cuddles!

 

Puppy & Kitten Club registration is only available in-store and is currently not available online.

Not at all! The Puppy & Kitten Club is FREE to join.

Is the Puppy & Kitten Club different to PetO Pals?

No, the Puppy & Kitten Club is part of PetO Pals and you’ll start collecting reward benefits and bonus vouchers as soon as you join!

What if I am already a member of PetO Pals?

You are still eligible to join the Puppy & Kitten Club and experience the additional benefits!

How many Puppy & Kitten bags can I get?

There is a limit of 1 bag per household.

How do I claim my benefits and discounts?

Upon sign up, eligible benefits and discounts will automatically be added to your account. Our store team will apply them when you check out.
To use your discounts and benefits online, log in using the same email address you signed up with. If you don't know your password, please reset it. The discounts will be applied at check out.

How long do the discounts last?

The discounts expire after 6 months.

Please Note: "CUSTOMER SELF DECLARATION" By purchasing ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, you acknowledge and agree that the following is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, it is recommended that seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
