Repeat Delivery: Pet Supplies Delivered on Your Schedule

Repeat Delivery lets you set up regular, automated deliveries of your favourite pet supplies, on your schedule. Pause, edit or cancel your order at any time from your account.

How Repeat Delivery works

Shop Online

  • Elligible products will have the option to select Repeat Delivery and save 5%
  • Choose the delivery frequency that suits you.
  • Checkout and pay as normal. You'll need to login to your account, or create one if you don't have one.

Manage Your Order

  • You'll recieve an email and SMS 5 days before your repeat delivery is processed.
  • Simply log into your account to make any changes to your upcoming order. Pause, edit or cancel at anytime.

Wait for Delivery

  • You'll recieve an order confirmation email once your card has been charged and another once your order has been shipped.
  • Manage your subscription preferences in your PetO account.

Yes, you can make a number of changes to your order by logging in to your PetO account and navigating to the 'My Subscriptions' tab.

Cancel or pause your delivery, add or remove products, change your order frequency, update your payment method.

What if I need my upcoming order early?

You can choose 'Bill now' in your account to process your upcoming order

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be sent by Australia Post. Standard Delivery vias Australia Post will take 2 - 5 business days.

What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

Your order will be left at your delivery address in a safe place providing it is accessible.
