Positions Available

Assistant Store Manager - North Sydney or Northern Beaches

What Will You Do?

  • Help pet parents find exactly what they need, right when they need it.
  • Support the store manager with managing a team of passionate pet lovers
  • Assist with stock control, claims and merchandising
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being a subject matter expert on all products, nutrition, services, in-store promotions and other areas of animal care and wellness
  • Make our furry friends feel welcome with complementary cuddles and treats!

About You

  • A genuine animal lover – pets are part of your DNA!
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • An enthusiastic attitude with the desire to put the customer first
  • Experience with sales targets and KPIs
  • Enjoy an energetic and fun working environment
  • Driven with a willingness to learn – you’re always looking to do better!

Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual Retail Assistant

  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
