  1. What will happen to my store/loyalty credits?

Your store and loyalty credits won’t be changing. If you notice any issues or if you’re missing credits, just reach out to us at [email protected], and our friendly team will be happy to assist you.


  1. Will the prices be changing?

Not at all! In fact, we’ve already lowered our prices, so you’re enjoying great savings every day! At PetO, we’re committed to giving you the best choice of products at the lowest prices, day in and day out. We regularly check prices to stay competitive, and with our Price Guarantee, if you find a cheaper price within 20km of your local store—even if it’s on special — we'll match it!

  1. Will I still be able to get my favourite products?

Yes, you will still be able to get your favourite products in-store. At PetO we stock over 25,000 products for all your pets’ needs. We’re constantly introducing new products to our range, so keep an eye out!     


  1. Can I order online? (Click & Collect, 2 hour delivery, home delivery) 

Coming soon! We're in the process of launching online ordering, so you’ll be able to enjoy Click & Collect, 2-hour delivery, and home delivery in no time!


  1. Will I still be able to continue with my repeat delivery? 

Yes! Your repeat delivery with My Pet Warehouse will be transferred to PetO Repeat Delivery. You won’t have to do anything for it to be transferred. 

A PetO account has been created for you using the same email address. Click forgot password here to set up a new password for your PetO account. Orders are currently being migrated over to your PetO account and you will soon be able to log in and make any changes from your PetO account. You won't be billed while orders are in the process of being transferred. Should you wish to make any changes during this time, please contact [email protected]


  1. Why are there no live pets in-store?

PetO does not sell live animals, as we firmly believe in "think adoption first." We’re committed to supporting animal rescue and adoption efforts. Occasionally, we partner with local rescues for in-store adoption events, so be sure to sign up for our email newsletters to stay updated on when these special events are happening!


  1. Who do I contact if I need help or have other questions?

If you need a hand or have any questions, our friendly support team is here to help! You can reach us at [email protected]. We’re available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM AEST.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, it is recommended that seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
