ACCOUNT INFORMATION

How do I create an account?

It's easy to create an account with us! Simply click here to register online or head in-store to easily create an account.

Creating an account means that as a PetO Pals member, you'll start earning points and all the benefits.

What are the benefits of having an account? 

Here at PetO, we want to reward all our customers by offering rewards and benefits for shopping with us. Creating an account means that you are now part of our PetO Pals Loyalty Program.

This means you get the following benefits and more:

  • 2 x 20% Vouchers, one per month for 2 months, after you've made your first purchase
  • $10 voucher for every $500 spent
  • Brand Discounts on participating premium food and pharmacy brands on every recurring purchase you make

Is my in-store account connected to my online account?

To ensure your in-store account is connected to your online account, use the same email address which was first used to join with us. This way, your points from both online and in-store purchases will be accumulated into the same account.

I already have an in-store account, how do I link my online one?

If you already have an in-store account, use the same email address for all your online purchases.

Click on "My Account", enter the same email address you've used to sign up online, and click on "Forgot Password". You can then create a new password and this will link your accounts.

Alternatively, you can add your items to your cart and at checkout, please enter your email address. If your email address exists in our database, it will prompt you to enter or reset your password.

However if you've checked out as a guest don't worry! As long as you use the same email address, your points from your online purchase will still accumulate in your account.

Can I see all my purchases in my account online?

Currently, you will only be able to view your online purchases in your account online - not in-store purchases.

However if you wanted to check an online purchase in-store, please ask a team member as they are able to view your entire purchase history in your account (online and in-store).

I forgot the email address I signed up with or my password!

That's okay, it happens!

If you've forgotten the email address you signed up with, please visit or call your local store. The team will ask you for your name and mobile number to search for your details in the system.

If you've forgotten your password, just click on "Forgot Password" when logging in online.

What kind of products do you stock?

Here at PetO, we carry over 4,000 products for dogs and cats including food, treats, toys, accessories and more! Our stores hold over 25,000 products to ensure we have enough stock for you and your fur babies. We try to ensure we have the same stock across all stores and online.

Sometimes we may not have a product online which you have seen in-store however we are constantly updating our website so please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or call your local store for assistance.

I can't find the product I want online.

If you can't find the product you're looking for online, please call your local store to check for stock availability or email [email protected].

Is your pricing in-store different to online?

We're constantly working on offering the most competitive prices and often have great promotions! We try keep our online and in-store prices the same to ensure all our customers get the same great deals.

However there may be occassions where we have online only promotions for a limited period of time. If you prefer to shop in-store and have seen a better price on the PetO online store, please let a team member know and they will be able to price match this.

My order has arrived but something is incorrect or broken.

If you chose 2 Hour Delivery or Click and Collect, please contact or visit the store you purchased from and one of our friendly team members will be more than happy to assist you!

Where is the PetO store?

We have 16 stores across Sydney - find your local pet store

I'm not sure what to feed my pet, can your team help?

Absolutely! All our team members are fully trained to offer you expert advice on what will be best for your pet's health and well-being. More importantly, they all LOVE pets and are happy to help. Just visit your local PetO store and ask a team member.

If you need veterinary advice about your pet, please make an appointment to see our PetO Vet or email [email protected].

What services do you have in-store?

We want our PetO stores to be your go-to destination for all things pet.

We currently offer in-store:

  • DIY Dog Wash
  • Vet Services

We're working hard on introducing more services so stay tuned!

Grooming services are currently paused until further notice.

Can I bring my dog in to store?

All our PetO stores are pet friendly so you are more than welcome to bring them in! Plus, they'll get free cuddles and treats in-store too.

Does PetO sell cats & dogs?

No, PetO does not sell any live animals and believe in "think adoption first".

Sometimes we may have in-store adoptions with our rescue partners so ensure you're signed up to receive our email newsletters for updates

I have a new pet! What do I do?

Congratulations! We're here to help everyone experience and enjoy the lifetime of rewarding moments and awesome chaos that comes with owning a dog or cat.

To help prepare for the arrival of your new pet, visit your local PetO store and they will be able to help you with everything you need.

You can also join our Puppy & Kitten Club and get a free showbag filled with goodies, exclusive discounts on puppy and kitten products and expert advice to support your baby's development.

ONLINE ORDERING INFORMATION

I haven't received an order confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail - if you find it, make sure you mark [email protected] or [email protected] as not junk.

If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please email [email protected] for assistance.

I'd like to change or cancel my order.

Of course! If your order has not been dispatched, we’d be happy to change any items for you or cancel it.

For 2 Hour Delivery or Click and Collect orders, please call the store. This ensures that we can help you with your request as soon as possible!

For online orders with standard delivery, please reach out to [email protected] and one of our online team members will be happy to assist!

Can I collect my order instead?

To try and make it as easy as possible for you, if you would like to collect your order instead of getting it delivered; please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed and shipped, we will be able to change it to be collected at your nominated store (if in stock).

Unfortunately if your order has been shipped we will not be able to change your order to collection.  

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Your order should be delivered in 2-5 days within Metro Sydney, pending there are no delays with our delivery partners Australia Post or Couriers Please. Orders should be delivered within 10 days for Regional NSW or ACT .

Depending on your bank, your refund will take 5-7 business days to show up in your bank account.

 

Where is my order?

We aim to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, sometimes items are out of stock or there may be delivery delays out of our control.

For 2 Hour Delivery or Click and Collect orders, please call the store. This ensures that we can help you locate your order as soon as possible!

Do you ship outside of NSW, Australia?

We currently only ship to NSW and the ACT.

I can’t see my in store purchases when I log into my online account.

Currently, in store purchases can’t be viewed in your online account but the points are still collected and reflected in your online account. Under https://peto.com.au/loyalty/ you’ll be able to see how much you need to spend to earn your next $10 voucher as well as any brand discounts available to you.

LOYALTY PROGRAM INFORMATION

Can I access my rewards online?

Yes! We know everyone likes options so you can redeem your rewards online or in-store. Your vouchers and discount coupons are automatically uploaded in your account. When shopping online, please ensure you've logged in using the same email address you have signed up with in-store to access your benefits.

How do I use my vouchers online?

To redeem elligible vouchers online, firstly ensure you are logged in using the same email address you have signed up with in-store.

At checkout, there will be a pop-up notifying you if you have an available voucher associated with your account. You can then select to use this voucher at the bottom of checkout, just before payment. There will also be a field for you to enter voucher codes.

How long do my vouchers and discounts last?

Your $10 vouchers have 30 days until expiry.

Your PetO Pals discounts for particpating food brands are valid for 2 months, while PetO Pals pharmacy brand discounts are valid for 12 months. 

PRICE MATCHING

Will you price match online or from an online store?

Price beat or matching can only be done at one of our store locations. Unfortunately, we don’t price match online or with online prices. You will need to go to the store that is closest to the physical store you are price matching.

PURCHASE ACCEPTANCE

Please Note: "CUSTOMER SELF DECLARATION" By purchasing ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, you acknowledge and agree that the following is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, it is recommended that seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.

PURCHASE ACCEPTANCE

Please Note: "CUSTOMER SELF DECLARATION" By purchasing Hill’s Prescription Diet, you acknowledge and agree that the following is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of Hill’s Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed Hill’s Prescription Diet, it is recommended that I seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use Hill’s Prescription Diet
