At PetO we promise to give you pawsome value across the best range of products everyday! We frequently check our prices to ensure we are competitive because we know how important prices are to our customers. If you find a cheaper price within 20km of your local store, even if it’s on sale, our Price Guarantee will beat it by 10%!

We will price match:

  • Competitor pricing for members only, multibuy, bundle offers, and online pricing.

For the following competitors:

  • Online Only Stores:
    • Petcircle
    • Budget Pet Products
    • Pet Post
  • Competitors with online & physical retail stores (if they deliver to the customer’s address)

We will price beat the following competitor in-store price by 10%:

  • Everyday and Promotional in-store prices (excluding member prices), where the competitor has a store within 20kms of the PetO store the price beat is being requested at.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Excludes subscription, frequent buyer, staff discounted prices, gift vouchers, clearance, short-dated, damaged stock prices.

  • Excludes marketplace or auction site prices such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace.

  • Only applies to products in-stock and current prices.

  • Not applicable to past purchases.

  • No further discounts once a Price Guarantee is applied.

  • Only available in-store and not applicable to purchases online (peto.com.au)

  • We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.

  • Customer must show confirmation of the competitor price being beaten or matched in-store.

  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.

  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use Hill’s Prescription Diet
